‘Introducing Slim Moore and the Mar-Kays’ is the soul combo’s debut album, also featuring the fervent vocal stylings of the One Faith Gospel Singers. Meticulously recorded in the basement of Metropolitan Studios on eight-track tape machine, the album captures some of the baddest orchestral soul sounds ever to come out of the Great Canadian North.
